Power management through wcs1800,esp32

I have two induction cooker, each 2000 w,
total 4000w,I want to use two of it simultaneously.but I want to Limit power total 2200w.
I use wcs1800 hall effect current sensor,
esp32.
when current of line goes from 8amp to 13amp my wcs will give signal to esp and it will do a relay.

is this okay to use wcs?
is this give me signal fast?
or slow?
i want to know it,
itss crusial for me....
also highest 18 amp current fine and safe for wcs?

I finally got a module and also managed to get some time to look at this. The WCS1800 module schematic is attached (reverse engineered). In principle I was conducting tests at 3.3v with an ESP32-C3 supermini. In its basic form, the WCS1800 moduled exhibited some significant clipping on Aout at low current measurements.
