Power Supply for Obstacle Avoiding Robot

Hi everybody!!

I'm done with my previos project and now I find a new project. This is the link:https://techatronic.com/obstacle-avoiding-robot-using-arduino/

I have just one question about this project: power supply. 9v batery non-rechargeable I think drain fast so I dont know what can I replace this 9v batery. (pls don't advice me to buy 9v batery rechargeable because there is very expensive...)

How about AA batteries?

I think you speak about 18650 bateryes. Yeah is a good idea ut how much I need?

Nope, @anon73444976 is talking about AA batteries!!
6 x1.5V = 9V

I prefere 18650 bateryes but tell me how much I need for this project?

AA bateries:
1,5x6=9v but I need for project 2 bateryes of 9v so 12 AA

If you got rid of the 298 driver, and replaced it with something more 21st century, you wouldn't need a 9V supply. (unless you're interested in keeping the robot warm)

I prefere to keeping initial project scheme...

In that case I guess you'll not be interested in my improvements to the code either.

I just want to know how much bateryes I have to buy 3,4,5....

Divide the voltage you need by the voltage of a single battery.

9 volts / 1,5 volts per battery = 6.

Multiply by the number of places you need that, 2.

So you right, 12 AAs.

No AA bateryes, How much of 18650 3.7v I need?

See reply #10

Working with 5 bateryes 18650. 2 for the motor driver and 3 for the arduino?

Are you sure you've got that the right way round?

So... Working or not...
