Pressure Transducer throw SMPS Power Supply

Hi,

I am trying to use a Pressure Transducer (link below).

It works well when I use Arduino Mega and power the Arduino with my laptop.

However, when I use it as part of the overall product, the schematic is attached. The pressure readings go haywire. There is no temperature variation at the pressure transducer, I power the board using an SMPS 5V Mornsun brand.

I am open to any suggestions, or guidance.
