Probem RE-INSTALLING Arduino IDE Software

Hello Every one. You see I´m having a problem trying to install Arduino IDE again.

I was having trouble with some libraries and stuffs, so I searched for posible solutions and finally decidied to uninstal my 1.8.5 verson and try 1.6.5.
I first opened the IDE 1.6.5. installer , showing a pop-up telling me to unistall the current version first (I didn´t remember to do so) so I clicked accept, suposedly to uninstall and then start the new software installation. It was taking so long, so I went directly to my system options and try to unistall it from there, but the program wasn´t on the list. I was kind of pissed off so I decided to erase the root folder located in programfiles. Then I erased It from the recycle bin (I usually try to have it clean).

The real problem comes when I tried to install again. The same screen pop-up appeared again tellling me to uninstall first, but I'd already erased the folder. I reboot my pc, and tried again, but nothing happened. When I got to my system options-> apps, I see Arduino but with no Icon, and when I try to unistall it, it tells me there is no unistall.exe file (there is no folder)...

I tried to re-install my previous version (1.8.5) again, but the same message comes up again telling me there is already one IDE installed.

I don't find any solution, and I've also tried to unistall all arduino generated folders located in documents and also the "Arduno15" folder located in users/appdata/roaming.

I think it's a problem from my pc, but I hope there is some way to do it with an Arduino IDE recover app or something.
Thank you so much

Which OS? For Windows, maybe there are leftovers in the registry.

You can also use the stand alone version of the IDE (download the zip).
