Im new to Arduino Need Help.
Yesterday i already upload sketch but now it cant upload
OS: MAC OS 10.12.3

Have you made sure that you have selected the right board and port?
Yes, I can see the board on serial port and I selected Arduino Uno on Boards. I already uploaded some sketch from examples yesterday but now it cant upload. When im uploading to the board the LED on the Arduino is blinking 10 times but its an error
