Problem with powering Arduino Nano from Coin cells

Hi,

i have sometimes problems with my concept of powering the Arduino Nano with two cr2032 coin cells. I soldered two coin-cell battery holders on a board and connected the arduino nano Vin and GND terminals to it. Unfortunately the batteries can loose contact for fractions of a second due to rotation/bumping in the holders. Should i get better holders or can i buffer such short bumps with i.e adding a capacitor?

What's the environment that causes so much mechanical movement?
Addding a big cap to start would likely be an easier fix to test then changing the holders.

Its in a glove, part of a wearable project...

how would i add the cap? parallel to gnd/Vin? What would be your recommendation for capacity?
