Problems not detecting WIFI, using example code,MKR WIFI 1010

I've got a new MKR WIFI 1010 when I run the example code from here

I get the following response

Please upgrade the firmware
MAC: EC:62:60:8F:42:B4
Scanning available networks...

number of available networks:0
Scanning available networks...
** Scan Networks **
Couldn't get a wifi connection

I've tried scanning with my mobile phone near board, there is a good signal, any suggestions, please
