Problems with MKRWAN 1310

I want to implement a LoRa network with Arduino MKRWAN 1300 and 1310, I have done all the steps detailed in the documentation of CLOUD>Hardware & Devices>LoRaWAN

I have registered the WisGate Edge PRO gateway in TTN and the operation of the MKRWAN 1300 is correct, but I can't get the MKRWAN 1310 works. Every time a message is sent I receive the following error:

"Message ack was not received, the message could not be delivered"

I dont know the specific hardware ............

But as a general rule there is no 'ack' for messages transmitted from a node over LoRaWAN\TTN, the system would just not work if all messages sent required an 'ack'.
