Outside a simulation it would be good to have also flyback diodes for a motor and directly driven relay.
In principle, yes, however the flyback diodes are likely to be the small orange cylinders. It looks like the red colour rings mark the leds.
When I said the flyback diodes were missing, I meant from just the schematic diagram. However, that schematic shows a bare relay and the Elegoo illustrated is a full relay module which has also other components in addition to the flyback diodes such as opto-couplers, transistors, resistors and leds. The motor should also have a flyback diode.
