Putting a new control board into Ultimaker3

Hi, I have an Ultimaker 3 and I am interested in getting rid of the Ultimaker software(I would also put in a new control board and nozzle). I am planning on using a creality board with Ender 5 software. If i replace the nozzle,screen, and control board(and adjust the print size in the slicer) would there be any issues that I am not considering?

What is an "Ultimaker 3"? Does it have datasheets, operators manual etc?
