I am building a quadcopter with the arduino. I was wondering what the best motor and esc to use with the Arduino is. I need an high speed motor that can lift a racing drone frame, lipo battery, arduino, raspberry pi, and bread board with wires. The motor and esc connection will done using banana plugs or something else and the esc and battery connection will done using deans plug or some other plug. so my ideal motor and esc will be solderless. I would appreciate any help.

There can be no 'best motor and esc' for an Arduino.
The motor, esc and propellors size and pitch need to be chosen depending on the size of the quadcopter, its intended duration in the air and thus weight. That is not a straightforward choice, ask the experts in a Quadcopter building forum.
bread board with wires
Yikes, make sure you only fly it in the wilderness, a long, long way from other life.
