Like how so many suggestions that were thrown out at those points in the past are suddenly getting the attention they deserve.
What I am against though is some of the "my way or the highway" insinuation's that have been offered.
They seem to enter the realms of circular arguments rather than take on board other ideas.

However I do see displays and led's as similar enough to be a single category.
I do however see some possible benefit of your suggestion of merging the read only items. with their current counterparts.
That does consolidate things quite well IMHO and reduces things in a quick and well thought out move.
IMHO if you could work with people more rather than poo poo ideas it would be of great benefit to everyone.
Taking on board some of the suggestions means much more than "I still think my idea is the best" Some of us know first hand where that leads.
