I was looking for the format codes for posts, and thought to click on https://forum.arduino.cc/faq It doesn't even state the questions it is answering: Is this a civilized Place? How should I move the discussion? How should I talk to people? Does the forum care about me? What should I do if I find a problem? How should I behave? Should I make a mess? Can i plagiarize? Still think @sterretje has a better handle on this and the users it is aimed at. Certainly not against streamlining as I can trace it back to a suggestion made a few years ago ! Like how so many suggestions that were thrown out at those points in the past are suddenly getting the attention they deserve. What I am against though is some of the "my way or the highway" insinuation's that have been offered. They seem to enter the realms of circular arguments rather than take on board other ideas…
