I have 8 relay module. I want to control leds with it. I connect nc pins to gnd and leds gnd. And connect + of leds to com pin of relay. And connect modules vcc to 24v and gnd pin to gnd. Is it correct?

The three contacts for the relay just act as a switch so you need to connect at least two wires to it

Is it a 24V module?
Does it have a power select jumper on the board?
Do not connect to your Arduino until you know for sure.
Show us a link to the module.
Sounds like making a short circuit and damaging things. Try posting schematics. Pen and paper would do.
