Reloading Bootloader on Nicla Sense ME

Hello!

I am trying to reflash the Nicla Sense ME bootloader onto my board. I flashed a Zephyr application to one of my boards and now it is unable to upload Arduino Sketches. I have another one of the Nicla Sense ME boards that works just fine.

How would I go about reloading the default bootloader to the broken board to fix this issue? What tools would I need? I can probably access whatever I need to do this at my university lab.

Step-by-step instructions on how to reload the bootloader would me greatly appreciated if any of you have ever done this before, or are more knowledgeable on the subject.

Try the instructions found in the Nicla Sense ME datasheet:

5.8 Board Recovery
All Arduino® boards have a built-in bootloader that allows flashing the board via USB. 
In case a sketch locks up the processor and the board is not reachable anymore via 
USB, it is possible to enter bootloader mode by doubletapping the reset button 
right after the power-up.
