replace battery by a power supply

Hi, i would like to do this project: http://tinyurl.com/y346m4td
But i need to replace the battery on the mobile part and find a way to use it with a power supply...
Is it possible?

Thank you.

It looks like a standard 9v battery so any 9v DC power supply should be fine.

If that does not answer your question you will need to provide more information.

I want it on the moving part of the project... Wires can't be used, i need a brush system... Can't find it on ebay or amazon.

Why didn’t you say so.

It should not be difficult to make your own from some plastic tubing, brass tubing and brass strip that should be available from hobby suppliers.

No wonder he used a tinyurl! Didn't strip out all the garbage!

I will use a slip ring.
