RFID reader using the ISO/IEC 15962 protocol

Hello gang.
I'm starting a project where I need to read an RFID chip that uses the ISO/IEC 15962 protocol.
Via google I have found this reader 13.56MHz HF RFID Reader Module JMY622 which has had a library written for it (GitHub - ohait/jmy6xx: Arduino library for JMY6xx RFID ISO 15693 module).
As the library seems to be under developement, I would like to ask if anyone in here knows of any other readers that can work with the ISO/IEC 15962 protocol and has had rather user friendly libraries written?

I'm somewhat of a noob with arduinos so the easier approachable the solution, the better :wink:

My Portuguese is not too good, and I can't seem to locate details about the ISO/IEC 15962.
Can you maybe point me in the right direction?
