Hello, sorry if i write in wrong section, i make a robot which driven by PS3 controller through Arduino Uno and Wifi shield.It works perfectly but often the L9 of Arduino wifi shield stuck(not blinking)and the robot go crazy.I would like to ask why is doing that?

You have a lack of details. I mean it's hard to understand when everything goes nuts.
Maybe try to explain what do you mean by

...
Did you try to put some log some of your values to see at what point in the code everything crash?
Modify your code, "stop the car when the connection drop out" ...
