RP2040 not detected

Hi everybody,
This is my first topic on this forum. One month ago I design my own PCB based on RP2040 chip. I soldered all components, checked all connections and finally plugged in pc. When I plugged in nothing happened. Generally, when you plug in an external device on pc, this one makes a sound (tipical windows sound), but my PCB is not even detected by "device management".
Everyone can help me with this problem?
Below I have attached the schematic.
Thanks

Without seeing images of the board itself, it's hard to say. Check all of your solder joints to ensure they are correctly soldered, and have no bridges. Check for shorts to ground.
You can do this using a multi-meter in diode-mode.

Beyond that, testing the oscillator and USB data lines with an oscilloscope might help as well.

Hi, thanks for your fast reply.
Below I have attached the board's photos.
I checked all connections with multimeter and everything "works" well, without solder joints or bridges

honestly looks fine to me... i would test to make sure you aren't bridging anything under the RP2040 (SMD IC's with center pads are notorious for that if the incorrect amount of paste is applied, and pressure is put on the IC during reflow)...

i'm assuming R10 is a Do-Not-Populate compontant.

Honestly, i would go through, and make sure each pin isn't bridge to ground on the RP2040 (because center pad is gnd). test hitting the usb boot switch... hard-reset.. beyond those things, check your components to ensure they are functioning (check supply to each device, ensure diodes are functional, etc)

Also... just checking, have you uploaded a bootloader to the RP2040?
(not sure if that's required before USB connectivity is available)

Did you hold the Boot button down while plugging in and then release it afterwards? The factory programmed bootrom should cause it to enter USB device mode and appear as a mass storage device on your computer. Then you can drag and drop a .uf2 file onto it for programming.

Yes, I pressed the boot button, but nothing appeared on windows device manager. I know that I have to put inside the uf2 file but, unfortunately, until the pc won't read the board, I can't do it

You have to hold the boot button down while applying power, not just press it afterward. Did you do that?

Yes, yes I know it and I did it but nothing happend

Did you check to ensure the USB cable is fully functional?
Grasping at straws at this point. the schematic looks sound, and baring bridges / shorts to ground on the board itself, the usb data lines / port / cable would be next in line to check.

I checked twice the connections and I didn't find bridges. I desoldered the chip for checking possible bridges but I didn't find them. I applied a correct quantity of solder paste

The usb works because I tested it on other board and works well

do you have an oscilloscope? if so, check teh data lines at the RP2040, as well as check the Xtal at the RP2040 to ensure it's functioning. other than that, ireally got nothing else.

Monday, when I'll go to work, I'll check data lines with oscilloscope, because I don't have it at home
