Hi, I'm a new Arduino user.
I want to build a hotplate stirrer using an Arduino and a seven-segment display. This device has four electric motors as stirrers, with selectable motors and adjustable speeds, and a hotplate with adjustable temperature.
Does anyone know the Arduino sketch and wiring?

Do you have an Arduino board and, if so, which one ?
How do you see an Arduino fitting into this project? How are the motors selected and do you want the Arduino to select the motors? How are the speed controlled right now and how will the Arduino do this, if this is part of the conversion?
I suggest you get a copy of the Arduino Cookbook and skim it from cover to cover before you spend any money, it could save you some money and time. In the process you will gain knowledge of the Arduino family which will go a long way in having a successful project launch.
