Sending data from ESP 8266 Wifi Module to PC using Arduino

Hey,
So I'm trying to send data to an ESP 8266 wifi module which will then be sent to my personal Computer (Mac). The ESP 8266 is connected to an Arduino MEGA 2650. I was wondering if there are any tutorials or sets of functions to use for sending each line of string and printing a file to a webpage.
I don't have a lot of experience in Arduino coding so the more information the better.
