Sending video streamig via GPRS.

Hi everybody, first of all apologize for my english, i have a general question, is it possible sending video streaming via GPRS(i don t have wifi) using any device?

I want to watch a camera in real time using GPRS.

Unless it is a very low resolution camera with a very low frame rate I don't thing GPRS would be fast enough?

How many bytes per second can you send with GPRS?

How far do you want to send the video?
