I want to make waveform generator but for current.

Using a voltage waveform to draw current is an easy task using a MOSFET but, why are you wanting to do this? Do you want to make a AC power supply that runs from batteries?

Use the inverse of a transimpedance amplifier: voltage controlled current source.
