Not an Arduino problem. Try using the correct serial port instead.

I suggest that you do a search for the above on the forum. It's a recent (driver) issue related to the (possibly fake) CH340 TTL-to-USB converter. Some people succeed in solving it, others don't.

Which version of the IDE are you using? Which version of Windows?
