Hey I am wondering why my smart robot car doesn’t work like when I switch it on it only turns on 2 lights and I know it’s not a battery problem because I turned it on as soon as I unplugged it from the charger after it was fully charged. And the main RGB light is not on, and I can’t use the remote control or the app. The only lights that are on are the IR light, the ADO light ,the on light and the TX and RX light please reply ASAP.

If the "smart robot car v4.0" is pre-assembled, request an exchange for a new one.
If it is an Elegoo kit, and you put it together, you will want to start again, and build it step-by step, according to the instructions.

I do not understand what you are indicating.
This looks like a burn of some sort🔥 I remember it smoking one time when I accidentally dropped a screw in between the two modules
You must show what it is. Generally, fire indicates end-of-life. Why did you not state this in the first post?

I forgot about it btw I tried disassemble and reassembled it it made it worse it does not have any lights on
