SN754410 and L239D H Bridges

Hi,

Given the documentation below, I'd like to confirm that both of these H-Bridges have the same pinout. Additionally, I was wondering if a 3.3V source is sufficient for the enable pins on the SN754410.

SN754410: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/sn754410.pdf?ts=1730659858930&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fproduct%252FSN754410%252Fpart-details%252FSN754410NE

L239D: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/l293d.pdf?ts=1730654354533&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fproduct%252FL293D

Switch points of the SN754410 seem to be <0.8volt and >2volt, so OK for 3.3volt-logic. Both chips are ancient dinosaur technology and don't play well with low motor supply voltages. The TB6612 could be a much better choice.

Hmm. Is there a modern H-bridge chip that matches the L239D pinout?
