Snapmaker 2.0 rails connecting with arduino

Hi All,

I have a snapmaker 3-in-1 Printer/Laser/CNC but recently they have changed the rails and I have 5 axis rails spare. I want to see if I can reuse them for other projects.

I have some experience with arduino and have different boards available.
i have created some pictures of the controller boards of the stepper motors.
I have also create an image of the connector.

1 - Yellow - EN
2 - Orange - STEP
3 - Green - CAN_H
4 - Black - GND
5 - Red - 24v
6 - White - DIR
7 - Purple - CAN_L
8 - Blue - NC

As far as I read on the internet the motors do use CANBUS.
Is there any sample code to start using the stepper motors?
I see there is a gd32f103 chip on one of the boards.

Also see this chip VP230, this seems to be the CAN transceiver. datasheet

The stepper motor has a sticker with the value 42HD4428-32.
I found someone else looking for info in the snapmaker forum:

Hopefully someone has some guides for me to get started with this.

The stepper signals (STP, DIR, EN…) go from the main controller directly to the stepper motor driver

Maybe CAN communication is just an alternative.
