Solar panel waterproof

Hey guys,
I'm trying to add a small solar panel to my project. Right now, my electronic is in a IP65 box like this :

And wires of the sensor goes inside using an aviation plug.

My goal is to add a solar panel like this one :

The problem is I need to solder wires in the back of this panel :

Do you know a way to make it waterproof? Or do you know if a small solar panel IP65 exists from which the 2 wires comes from the back and are ready to be plugged?

Thanks
Laurent

Any RTV sealer suitable for electronic devices will work perfectly for many years. Be sure not to get the type that emits acetic acid as it cures, that is what the local hardware stores sell. Get some from an electronic specialty store.

The backside of that panel can get pretty hot. Would that be a factor in the choice of RTVs?

Better than hot-glue!

Thanks for your answers. I didn't know about the RTV.

It's not as cheap as the panel I showed but I think I will take something like this...

Large solar cells are AFAIK "glued" to glass panels with hot glue (sheets).
Not the one pictured though. That one uses potting epoxy.
