I still believe it is a power problem. Here is some information on your power supply. We cans see what others thing:

Are you sure your servos can sweep 180 degrees.
I see you have changed the Adafuit min/max setting from 600/2400 to 500/2500.
Maybe safer to try with reduced sweep settings first.
