I Try to start with LiquidCrystal_I2C, but it doesn't work. I thing isn't necessary include wire libary with the las version of LC I2C. The LCD's screen lights, but does'nt apear the message I have written.. I dont know why?! Can you help me?
I've defined LiquidCrystal_I2C lcd(0x27, 16,2)
I've used init, backlight, clear, setCursor, print..., (void setup) and scrollDisplayLeft, delay(500) (void loop)
I have SDA to A4 and SCL to A5

What did the I2C scanner report?

Hi,
if the I2C address is correct on the scanner, (0x27),
make sure the brightness setting is not too intense.
Vary the adjustment on the potentiometer and see if anything appears.

I've adjusted the potentiometer yet!

  • Have you tried Arduino IDE 1.8.19 running on a PC?

In the File > Prefeences menu, select these options ...

I've pressed the upload button, yes!
I've upload many others sketches using only LEDS. They've working all ok!
I don't understand the other question... I'm going to try...

I thing I've started on a wrong way with Arduino, because I thing I am working always in the cloud and I have not de IDE instaled. I've tried it, but I don't get the instaling screen...

I upload a file where I show you the screens I get. According to tutorials for a download, I would get a creen in which I can install, agree,..chech a list, instal...and close. Then, an arduino icon is in the desk, or in donlowds....I don't have this symbol in my PC.
