i have been playing with Arduino for come time now and am familiar with IDE etc. but i got a new ESP32 WROOM 32 development board (ESP-32 - ESP32-WROOM-32 DEVELOPMENT BOARD 30PIN DIP) and i followed the instructions from(How to set up ESP32-WROOM-32. Hey guys, this is going to be a quick… | by Samuel Adesola | Medium) i have tried all the different drivers and even the CH340 drivers. but with no avail. when i plug in the device i keep getting "USB Device not recognized" from windows explorer. does anyone have any advice on how to get the device recognized by windows? i am using Windows 10
I am assuming the baud is set correctly or you are using the USB port. Try Linux, you can get a copy free and load it in test mode, that will not change your disk. Reset the PC and it is gone back to normal.
