Steering Wheel with leonardo

Welcome

I connected an Arduino Leonardo board with dual joysticks in one of my steering wheel projects
I made sure that all buttons (pad + joystick) worked on the computer outside of gameplay
But when entering the game, some of the buttons work and others do not (dual joystick).
When the Arduino board is disconnected, all the joystick buttons inside the game work normally. What is the explanation for this? Sorry if there are spelling errors. I translated it. Thank you very much

The intended joystick.
The buttons work externally, I made them in this box

Posting schematics will tell how You did it.

What computer? A Pc? That would only tell the joysticks are alive.

What game? Running on what stuff? Pc or Arduino?

Again, scheamatics would tell how.

What are You talking about? We are all newbies on Your project.

Spelling is no problem.

Mystery for us.

A mystery box for us.

This is the diagram, but I added a joystick because the number of buttons on the panel is limited

I got this sensor from a used printer

I disassembled the joystick, disconnected the connection cable, installed two joystick boards in this place, soldered the wires for the buttons, connecting each end to the button, and assembled the buttons inside this small box.

I also made this box to work as a joint to connect all parts of the project (steering wheel - pedals - gearbox).

Sorry but that doesn't make the post more clear. Pictures and words are not the ways to document things.
What is the trouble in the Fritzing setup?

Move the wires that go to the encoder (RX/TX in your diagram) to arduino pin 8 and 9.

The problem is that some of the joystick buttons do not work in the game ( city car driving )

That's bad and I see no way no solve the problem from the information You've sent.
