Hello,
I have few questions on STM32 implementation for an audio USB device. Where is the best place to put this question ? stm32duino forum seems not working for a long time... Thanks !

Thanks. But seems to be only for issue, no ?

There is an fully functional Arduino core for the STM32.
Here is the github with the files and the installation instructions:
Here is the forum:
If you install the Arduino bootloader on the STM32, then it's actually the same as an Arduino board. A lot of libraries from Arduino work and a lot others are already ported.
Here is the wiki with more information:

STM has a new Arduino core for their chips

right now they have nothing else. scroll down the README on GitHub
yep, but where could I ask help ? forum given in Readme doesn't exist.
I have programmed a few things for a STM32 BluePill using the Arduino IDE. I'm not an expert on the STM32 BluePill but it is, mostly, like programming a Arduino.
I use a HiLetgo FT232RL FTDI Mini USB to TTL Serial Converter Adapter Module 3.3V 5.5V FT232R Breakout FT232RL USB to Serial Mini USB to TTL Adapter Board for Arduino. I set the FDTI to use 3.3V. I power the device from the power pins opposite the USB connector and I use PB9 and PB10 of the STM32 BluePill to the FTDI Rx/Tx lines. To program from the Arduino IDE, write the program, move the STEM32 BluePill program jumper to the 1 position, start the upload and press RESET on the STM32 BluePill board. Easy Peazie.
The STM32Blue pill has the same RAM as an Uno and 128K flash.
When you get a BluPill, I'd solder the USB connector to make it more secure and not worry about changing the resistor values, it works, for me, as is.
I recommend getting a color printout of the STM32 BluePill pin outs. I've made lots of notes on my pin out sheet.

I will try, thanks

Where is the best place to put this question ?
As long as it's about using STM32 with the Arduino framework, this forum is probably a reasonable place to ask. It is true that less people here have experience with STM32 than with other architectures, but there are certainly some people experienced with STM32 and Arduino here and in some cases it's not really that relevant which architecture you're using.
If you end up posting the same thing to another forum and this one too, please always add links to the other post so all the relevant information will be available to everyone.

Yes. Please don't use issue trackers to request support. That sort of thing is part of the reason why we lost Roger Clark and the stmduino project, and has been the death of many other wonderful open source projects.
There is an Arduino topic under the broader ST Community forums, but it isn't terribly active, perhaps because it is so well hidden: https://community.st.com/s/topic/0TO0X000000BWWSWA4/arduino
