TFT LCD Drawing to G-code (in real time) possible?

Hi guys,

I am relatively new to Arduino and I have a question about an idea that came to my mind.

Would it be possible to turn a simple drawing or a letter drawn on a TFT LCD shield into G-code in real time?
If so, what would I need for that project?
