Having a lot of trouble bootloading these cards, Atmel AVR ISP MKii has flashing green indicator light and won't install the bootloader. Nothing connected except +12 to feed the regulator and the programmer. Have only been able to get 1 card bootloaded & programmed out of several. Even tried battery power to +5 vs the regulator, same thing happens. Checked SCK/MISO/MOSI/Reset/+5/Gnd at ICSP header. Really baffled on this.
Win7Pro, IDE 1.0.6, same setup I've been using for a long time.
