Troubleshoot on ZK-4KX DC-DC Buck Boost Converter

I'm currently a Year 2 student of Biomedical engineering electronic and right now I have a major problem for my Final Year Project. Before that, I want to apologize for my bad english.

I want to know why the output is unstable for ZK-4KX DC-DC Buck Boost Converter? The module have no problem with the input but have a unstable value for output. Idk how to check it or troubleshoot it

Please, if possible, post a link to the datasheet from the manufactorer. Often the datasheet contains application notes giving valuable tips. Note that seller's home page doesn't help.
