If I have a nano in an enclosure, but I need to communicate with the nano by pc. I would like to be able to add a USB B 3.0 port to the enclosure that connects to the onboard USB.
Is there a way to do this?
Any short USB-USB cable should do the work. Or you can buy USB connectors and wire it together yourself (or make PCB for it or anything), IMHO there is no extra magic in it.
