Getting Started With Arduino IoT Control With Tuya I'm stuck at the step:
you have to send the product ID (PID) and your Tuya IoT account name (e-mail) to devops@tuya.com. After a while, they will send you a Token ID
They don't send anything. Any answer. I have been waiting for more than a week, trying to formulate the request in different ways. But still nothing. (yes I have chacked the spam folder)
What can i do wrong? Maybe something missing in the manual?
