I tried to make an TV remote controller which work with bluetooth and not IR.
I cannot found any information how we can make it.
Any help please ?

Do you have a TV that is Bluetooth capable? If not, you must use the same remote control method as the TV accepts (IR). It is possible to create a Bluetooth to IR intermediary device if you really want Bluetooth control.

Yes it support bluetooth. It is Mi Laser Projector 150".
Neat. How much information is available to you about the Bluetooth communication protocol used by the projector? With enough information, you can create a Bluetooth remote control for that particular device.

I know Just the frequency range.
I am novice in bluetooth, what kind of questions should I ask the manifacturer for ?

You basically need to know two things:
- how to make a BT connection (the two devices have to be paired),
- the actual commands given to the TV, and responses coming back if any.
When you have that information, building a device becomes pretty straightforward.
Ok, I will ask the customer service Xiaomi.
