Unable to program ATTiny84 with new Arduino 1.6 IDE and Arduino Uno

When trying to upload the boot loader I am getting the following issues:

I realized in the above that the wrong processor was selected but I get the same results with the right processor:

What ISP programmer are you using? If ArduinoAsISP, you need to clobber the autoreset (traditionally done by putting ~10uf cap from reset to ground on the programmer board to keep it from resetting )
