Unable to run esp32cam web server example

Hello, I have an esp32-cam and I'm trying to run the example "CameraWebServer". Code is below. I'm getting the following error:

E (39) camera: Camera probe failed with error 0x105(ESP_ERR_NOT_FOUND)
Camera init failed with error 0x105

I tried configuring for different boards besides CAMERA_MODEL_AI_THINKER , like the CAMERA_MODEL_WROVER_KIT and CAMERA_MODEL_ESP32_CAM_BOARD.

This is the board I bought: Amazon.com: 2Sets ESP32-CAM ESP32S, ESP32 CAM Development Board WiFi+Bluetooth DC 5V Low-Power Dual-Core with OV2640 Camera Module, Compatible with Arduino : Electronics. I tried on two of them.

I'm using the arduino IDE with esp32 version 3.2.0.

The serial communication works and I can upload other basic sketches but I cannot connect to the camera.

Try removing and reinstalling the flexible camera ribbon connector. There is a trick to safely opening the connector and removing the ribbon, so do your research.

Thanks j.

Here is a picture, does this look right?

If there is a problem with the ribbon cable, it would be inside the white connector. Try reseating it.

Do you mean to disconnect the ribbon cable and re-insert it? I’ve tried that. And I tried swapping the cameras.

Or do you mean something else?

I meant what I wrote.

yea that was it ...

If the problem has been solved, please mark it so.
