Uncertified board

After installing the IDE according to instructions, and checking that both the port and the Arduino UNO board are correct, once executed installing a box appears with the following message me
"This board comes from an uncertified manufacturer.
We won't be able to provide any support if it doesn't work as expected "
Therefore I can not run any program models such content: File / examples / Basics.

Board: Arduino UNO.(ONE). Version 1.6.3. assigned me COM4. -(Windows 8)

Can you show me? Thanks.

Have you tried to upload one of the example sketches?

i strongly recommend to download v1.0.5 IDE & try it once. I found lot of problem who used 1.6.xx version these days. It also mention that they trying to fix existing bugs to make it work.
