I have 20 pcs of IRL540N IC that i cant identify the manufacturer. I want to find datasheet for this IC. So i
googled like 2-3 hours to find manufacturer name and datasheet but couldn't find it. (All the stuffs i found was related to International Rectifier)
I am attaching picture of it. Really appreciate, if you guys help me out finding datasheet of this IC.
Anything of interest?
I guess the data sheet will be no different to the International Rectifier version of this device.
Of course, it is possible that these devices are not within specification (rejects).
The manufacturer’s logo is not one I recognize.

I'm not familiar with that logo. Best bet is to just use the IOR datasheet, and also do some basic switching tests on 1 or 2 of these --- just to see if they function properly.
If it's not for some super-important critical application, then just use as normal.

The logo is reminiscent of Alpha & Beta from the early ‘90’s. They started out with a line of opto mosfets, OMA series. IIRC, they were gobbled up by IR so the IRL part number fits with a possible 1995 date code. I would not be surprised to learn the principles behind A & B went to found A & O as their logos are very similar and timing fits with the IR acquisition. Cannot find any decent history of A & O online to research.
Bottom line is I’m fairly certain you’ve got some 24 year old parts.
