Universal g code sender disconnected

Using Arduino IDE 1.x

The UGS shows that it is connected to the correct port and the correct baud rate1152 but the status section shows disconnected
I have tried both the Classic and the UGS platform but the same problem
The platform says that it does not support GRBL version. I am using version 1.1 h
All settings are correct but it just remains diconnected in the DRO window
Please tell me if there is a better G code sender or how to jog the motors
