hello.
i have a problem with my arduino uno.
i connected it with an A B usb cable to my windows 10 pc.
the lights went on, it did the connect sound and then, nothing.
it does not show up in the ports section.
i tried following the instructions here but got no results.
can you help me?

Ensure you have nothing connected to pins 0 & 1.
Try use a USB 2.0 port not USB 3.0.
Does any other item in DEVICE MANAGER show up with any sort of warning ?
Is it a clone or a true Arduino ?
Do you have the IDE installed (CREATE or the DESKTOP version) ?
Can you see COM & LPT ports in your device manager ?
