Upgrade Firmware on WifiShield Problem

Hello,

This is my first post, and I hope I'm posting in the right area. I downloaded the new firmware from: http://arduino.cc/en/Hacking/WiFiShieldFirmwareUpgrading and after some troubleshooting, I figured I needed to modify the path in order for the script to find the needed files. The firmware was verified as per the script and completed successfully. However, whenever I try to power up them Arduino Uno with the Wifi Shield (Model R3), no lights or activity show up on the WiFi shield. The serial window displays no text. Did I do something wrong?

OK, It's solved. Instead of downloading firmware, I used the one included in the package contents (From a Mac). I also made sure WiFi shield was not connected to Arduino Uno at time of firmware flash update.

Works like a charm! :stuck_out_tongue:
