Uploading FPGA code---utility not working

I created a simple FPGA project on Intel quartus and wanted to upload the code to the FPGA but was not able to do so.
The difficulty is how to use the utility to upload the code mentioned on this page?

Hi,

Did You exported the .ttf from Quartus?
did you a Bitreverse the .ttf and stored it in .h file?
is the filename of the sketch .h and your .h the same?
