Hello, I'm French, so sorry for the orthograpge. I play with floppy drives to make music and arduino. Then my program crashed. Since then, I can not upload a program on the arduino. The error is above. I need help, thanks

Is the board recognised in Windows device manager and does not have yellow triangles?
Did you select the correct com port (the one that appears in device manager when you connect the board)?

Which Arduino?
Clone or original?
