Uploading Sketches via Bluetooth

I'm using the BlueSmirf Silver from Sparkfun to connect from my computer (Mac) to an Arduino UNO. I can communicate fine between my sketches and a terminal emulator running on the Mac, but I can't upload sketches.

I'm reasonably experienced with the whole setup port/upload/etc. thing, but I've never gotten this to work.

Does this have something to do with the fact that the BlueSmirf isn't connected to the RESET pin?
