USB Fingerprint sensor with arduino

Hi,
I want to make a Fingerprint scanner with Arduino for my house. for this purpose, I bought a USB fingerprint sensor A33u from Aliexpress: A33 USB Optical Fingerprint Biometric Module Scanner Access Control Sensor Fingerprint Reader 360 degree automatic correction|Fingerprint Recognition Device| - AliExpress
Now, the problem is Seller told me it will be compatible with Arduino but I tried to connect it with Arduino and use the Adafruit library but there is no response.
Can anyone guide me on how I can work with the USB fingerprint sensor and Arduino?
The USB fingerprint sensor has built-in storage and a self-learning system. It is working fine on windows 10 with a driver, but I want to use it with Arduino.

Notice the USB plug on the reader. How do you plug that into an Arduino?

The reader requires to be plugged into a USB host, the Arduino is a USB client device. You can get an Arduino USB host shield that would work, if you can get the correct software for it to read what ever USB client software the finger print reader presents to the host.

In the code it says:-

That is not a breakout board it is a fingerprint reader. The seller is not very truthful.

I don’t think so. This is software for the USB host shield. This depends on exactly what USB host shield you have.

Unfortunately I have no experience with writing software for this but no doubt others will post help once you can say what you have in the way of hardware.
